In the last century Mahatma Gandhi said -“Work is worship”. Some of the present generation employees while working in known and good organizations say- “My job sucks, my boss is a devil and I am working in hell”. Strong statements there but sometimes the employees believe that they are selling their souls to the organization to earn their salaries. Organizations remind employees of war zones and battle fields, in which they are the foot soldiers continuously facing the firing line.
